You can add the mobile-optimized Koodo Self Serve site to your phone's home screen so you can keep tracking your usage, billing and more. It's basically like bookmarking the site on your phone for easy access. See our instructions below for both iPhone and Android.
How to add Self Serve on your iPhone home screen
1. Open your phone's browser and go to koodomobile.com/selfserve
2. Select the Share icon at the bottom of the screen.
3. A menu will appear. Select Add to home screen.
4. Edit the name of the shortcut so you can easily find it on your home screen. Tap Add on the top right hand corner to create the icon on the home screen.
5. That's it! Now you can access Self Serve on your phone's home screen. You can move the icon by tapping, holding, and dragging it to your desired destination, similar to any other app.
